Seifedden is the Dutch Embassy Project and Grants Officer working across three regions in Libya. Before joining PCi, he was Finance Assistant at ACTED from which he gained finance and operations experience. Between 2019 to 2021 Seifedden was Centre Manager with Cesvi in the city of Zuwara, there he enjoyed leading a team and gained valuable operations experience.
