Riyad is the Project Officer responsible for the eastern region, based in Benghazi. He worked as an accredited trainer in the UNIDA Program for Constitutional Awareness funded by the European Union, as a trainer with the programme for raising awareness of disabled people’s rights funded by the US Foundation, and as a co-trainer with the Canadian International Fund for International Freedoms. Riyad has supported Libyan ministries to train their personnel. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
